This DN500 bevel gear-operated pressure seal butt-weld gate valve for power plant service has been designed and tested in strict accordance with ASME B16.34 and JB/T 3595, the dedicated standard for power plant valves.

The valve body is manufactured from ASTM A217 Grade WC9 or F91 chromium-molybdenum-vanadium heat-resistant alloy steel, featuring an integral construction. Combined with a pressure seal bonnet and bevel gear reduction mechanism, the design significantly reduces the operating torque required for large-bore gate valves while ensuring exceptional zero-leakage sealing performance and long-term operational stability under severe main steam conditions at temperatures up to 540°C and ultra-high pressure.
